1. Reservation Process

  • Booking Channels: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our reservation team directly.
  • Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email, call or  SMS once your reservation is complete. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when submitting your reservation.
2. Payment
  • Payment Methods: We accept list of  payment methods such as Bank Transfer where we highly recommend MPESA payments as it is quick and efficient for provision of after receipt payments.
  • Deposit: When  booking to secure your reservation, you are highly requested to make full payments as per indicated to therefore avoid any inconveniences when making a reservation with the specified hotel.
  • Full Payment: Full payment may be required upon booking  depending on the rate type and booking conditions.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 24Hrs before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24Hrs of the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total booking value.
  • No-Show: In case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4. Modification Policy
  • Changes: Modifications to your booking (e.g., dates, room type) can be made subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Notice: Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
5. Check-In/Check-Out
  • Check-In Time: Check-in begins at specified day and time . Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: Check-out is therefore communicated by the specific hotel as per booking agreement. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. Special Requests
  • Requests: Any special requests (e.g., room preferences, accessibility needs) should be made at the time of booking or as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, these requests are not guaranteed.
7. Rates and Availability
  • Rates: Rates are subject to change and may vary based on demand, seasonality, and availability. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

8. Group Bookings
  • Groups: For group bookings e.g., more than 4 rooms, please contact our group sales team directly. Special rates and terms may apply.
